today's drive up 15
cleared my head.


now it hurts from all the residuals from tree sex that attacked my face when the windows were down...

but feeling the breeze on my face and feeling fully relaxed for the first time in (not so) recent memory made this awful head and throat achiness worth it.

i'm breathing deeper and feeling more loose. it's wonderful.
glad to be home with family. :)
